Everybody was immensely pleasant and amazingly nice. Units on the lower floors. The food was great - plenty of options.

A huge variety of food for breakfast, it was great. The room on the lower floors. The location seemed marvellous and absolutely perfect in Dallas.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. The chef, Clarence, made a delicious hot breakfast every day. The room was nice and comfortable, with a fridge and microwave that worked well. The hotel was pretty clean for an aged location. The pool was nice, although it was a little on the cold side.

We were able to book a room over my smart phone, Although we didn't use the extra facilities, we would come again and try the indoor pool, hot tub, and gym. Beds were very comfortable, plenty of clean towels.

Decent and favourable location in the center of everything, met requirements. We had lunch in Yummy Burgers And Bbq, located nearby. Our room was enjoyable and comfy on the lower floors.

I loved the comfortable and clean rooms, as well as the friendly and courteous staff. The bed was very comfortable and the atmosphere felt warm and welcoming. It felt like a home away from home. I also enjoyed the fact that the hotel was located near my daughter and son-in-law's place in Allen, making it convenient for me to visit them. I would definitely recommend this hotel to my family and friends.

During my Christmas stay at this hotel, I really enjoyed the key location of the property. It was conveniently situated close to my family, making it easy for us to visit and spend time together. Additionally, the hotel offered a quiet and comfortable bed, which ensured a good night's sleep for my family and me. Lastly, I appreciated the friendly and accommodating staff who were always ready to assist us with any requests or questions.

There were a few aspects that I didn't particularly like about this hotel. The room I stayed in showed signs of wear and could benefit from an update.

Noisy, cheap quality linens, cramped, outlets inaccessible, ran out of breakfast food, mattress would slip off box springs when getting in or out, pool over clorinated.

Would be happy to recommend this place and would definitely come back there. We liked rooms on the lower floors. Its location in Dallas was excellent.

They were very cordial and friendly. They also upgraded my room due to the fact that the map on bookin.com had the wrong exit. I thought that was very nice since it was not their fault. The staff was helpful, and my room and the pool were both very clean. I would definitely stay there again.
